Team Structures within the Gaming Industry

Here are some typical Organisational structures within the Gaming Industry. Many small companies may have a single person with multiple roles on a project. On the other hand many large companies may have one person with one clear defined role. Many employees within the gaming industry will find themselves spread across more than one department in an establishment. e.g. A sound engineer may find themselves in the Design and Engineering departments, and work closely with other colleagues who have different job roles.
